Pentillie Castle Wedding Photographer
Carrying on with my new series of posting 10 image sets from weddings (because, as I mentioned on my previous post, it’s just *so* much quicker to get my work out there in to the world, rather than doing full blog posts, which can sometimes literally take a full day to do!), today I’m sharing 10 from Anna & Dom’s wedding at Pentillie Castle, Cornwall. I’ve been a Pentillie Castle wedding photographer a couple of times now, and it’s such a fab venue – the ceremony right by the water’s edge, and such an amazing avenue of trees…love it.
Anna & Dom had such a relaxed wedding; loved it. When I posted these images on my Facebook business page, someone asked why they were in a tractor – and yes, it’s because the groom and his family are all farmers; Dom actually drove that huge tractor himself!
A few things about this wedding and these images:
- Can you guess what Anna is practising on the first shot? Ha, love it 🙂
- Dom is massively emotional during the ceremony, which I totally love to see. Any wedding photographer will tell you, actually: We love to see emotion! But he’s especially emotional because, just before Anna walked down the aisle, a surprise song came on, and it was actually a song that Anna herself had recorded – it was her actually singing (so beautifully, too!), and that totally caught him off guard; so emotional for the entire ceremony because of that! Very special.
- The shot of Anna and her gran (6); one of my favourite captures of the whole year, this. I just *love* to capture special bonds between people – it’s magic.
