It’s nearly the end of my wedding season, which can mean only one thing….blogging season has arrived! Ha 😉 But, seriously, I really want to do a concerted effort to feature more of the weddings that I’m amazingly lucky to capture – I spend so much of the year shooting and editing, that by the time it comes to Winter, I naturally want to take a little step back and spend more time with my family. Alas, this means that SO much of my work doesn’t really get seen!

So, I’m going to be different this year, and really try to feature as many of my weddings as I can. Today, I’m going back to my first wedding of the year, back in January 2018, with the truly lovely Chloe and Luke in Bath, Somerset.

Bath is one of my favourite UK cities, it really is. So beautiful. Chloe and Luke were blessed with some gorgeous winter weather, too, with that lovely low sun – making Bath look even prettier. They tied the knot at St John the Evangelist Church, right in the city centre, and had their reception at Priston Mill, just outside of Bath. These two really never stopped smiling all day (well, except for some emotional tears from the both of them, which – of course! – is more than excusable on your wedding!), and it was an absolute pleasure to capture their day for them.

I’m lucky to say that it wasn’t my first time as a wedding photographer in Bath, and I hope it wasn’t my last; Bath has such a fab feeling to it, a real pleasure to walk along those streets, taking in so much history and architecture.
