A couple of weeks ago I made the short journey north to Newquay, to cover Jayne and Andrew’s wedding at The Carnmarth Hotel. They were so sweet, these two, and probably the most nervous couple I’ve ever photographed! One of my favourite shots is of Andrew looking up to the skies as he waited for Jayne to arrive; you can really feel his nerves!

When the registrar said those magic words, that you are now man and wife, the nerves dissipated instantly with one of the best first kisses I’ve had the pleasure to capture; got to love a first kiss with gusto (see above!).

It was my first time as a wedding photographer at The Carnmarth, and I must say it’s a lovely venue. It had a special meaning to Andrew and Jayne, too, as you could literally look out and see the place where Andrew popped the question.
