I loved this wedding! Kevin and Josie got married at the fab Caswell House in The Cotswolds, and I had one big smile on my face capturing the day (and mental night!) for them. Being surrounded by so much joy and lovely people, taking a photo or two… it’s not a bad job, is it?
And they had lots of cider! I love cider. Oh yes I do.
Anyway; sidetracked. An outside ceremony, a confetti attack, an incredibly funny joint-best man speech, cider – did I mention cider? – and one of the craziest dancefloors I’ve seen in a while (well, the floor itself was normal, but the partying was mad ;)) – it all added up to just a brilliant day.
Here’s a little selection of their Caswell House wedding photographs:
Wonderful stuff Alan! I was going to say how much I loved the speeches, but then I got to the dancing… just brilliant 🙂
Woah Alan, I love these! I simply love the one of the couple entering the room together! That one is full of emotion somehow even if you can’t even see their faces that well! Unbelievable job! Crazy good party pictures too! Amazing couple and friends. You can definitely feel the magical happiness that was present! 🙂
Fantastic Alan, you have really captured the laughter and emotion of the day and what a truly wonderful day it was for everyone celebrating with Jose and Kev.
Awesome work Alan. Love so many of these! Bet couple were over the moon with them.
Oh man, subtle use of light, the processing, the compositions but king pin is the moments. So damn good my friend.
Such a brilliant, powerful and emotive set of images Alan mate… Wowsers… I love them all but I stopped and stared at the ones by the black barn, the processing on these is so gorgeous.
Beautiful story, Alan – love your work!
Lush!! love everything about this wedding Alan. I’d love to be at that party!
Incredible documentary work dude and the portraits are killer too. Smashed it!
Awesome pictures Alan that really do capture the changing mood and energy of the day. My personal favourite has to be the brides reaction to seeing the ring on her friends finger. At least I think that’s want’s happening!
I love your B&W shots, anyway everyone is attractive and really like to watch whole shoot you have made. Great! 🙂
