After a week of horrible weather in Cornwall, Nichola and Ben lucked out with virtual wall-to-wall sunshine on Saturday! It was a good job, too, as their day was really built around being outdoors, with a gorgeous outside ceremony on the lawns at Polpier, Mevagissey, a fantastic private house with amazing views of the harbour.
It was my first time as a wedding photographer at Polpier, and, my, what a place! The house itself is fantastic (with more than enough rooms to put up lots of your guests, and even more if you book the neighbouring house, Penpol), but the grounds and views make it truly special. If you’re looking for a unique wedding venue in Cornwall, with coastal views, then you really can’t go wrong here – especially if you’re looking for an outside ceremony too. We got to stroll around the delightful fishing village of Mevagissey later in the day as well. Just fab!
I’ll be sharing more from their day soon, ‘like’ my page over on Facebook to see new photos as I share them…
